When can I use the free birthday clean?

In order to claim your free birthday clean, your membership needs to be valid for 90 days or over.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to schedule their cleaning services while they are away at work or running errands. We just require that you provide us with a key to access your home.

How many cleaners will be sent to my home?

The number of cleaners sent to your home will depend on the size and scope of the cleaning job. For smaller jobs, such as a one-bedroom apartment, we typically send one cleaner. For larger homes or more complex cleaning tasks, we may send a team of two or more cleaners.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning appointment?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer flexible rescheduling and cancellation options. If you need to make changes to your appointment, simply login to change, give us a call or send us an email and we will work with you to find a new date and time that works best for you.

Can I have the same cleaner each time?

We try to send the same cleaner to your home each time, as we believe that consistency is important in creating a relationship of trust with our clients. However, there may be times when we need to send a different cleaner due to scheduling conflicts or other factors.

Can I cancel the membership anytime?

Yes, you are free to cancel your membership anytime and there are no cancelation fees, however all sales are final and any unused portions of your membership will not be refunded.
