No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to schedule their cleaning services while they are away at work or running errands. We just require that you provide us with a key to access your home.
How many cleaners will be sent to my home?
The number of cleaners sent to your home will depend on the size and scope of the cleaning job. For smaller jobs, such as a one-bedroom apartment, we typically send one cleaner. For larger homes or more complex cleaning tasks, we may send a team of two or more cleaners.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning appointment?
We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer flexible rescheduling and cancellation options.
